Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY:
Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours of
receiving payment. Quality, secure packaging is always used [please see my
feedback]
Postage Discounts
Since the introduction of the UK Large
Letter/Packets system it is impossible to accurately predict postal charges on
multiple/different items. A discount is automatically applied at checkout, but
if you are purchasing multiple items then request an invoice which will allow me
to apply the maximum discount. Should you be bidding on other items finishing
within 5 days please email to advise me of this, let me know when you have
finished bidding and I'll send you a combination invoice. In order to receive
the maximum discount please wait until a combination invoice is sent this
will include the discount, do not pay separately as you lose the discount.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Damaged goods
If the customer receives damaged goods (damage
through transport / manufacturing errors / missing parts etc.) he has the right
to receive substitution without further costs. Damages have to be reported in
written form or electronically (via e-mail) with images (where possible)within 3
working days. If the customer fails to do so he may invalidate his claim.
Right of return
The customer has the right to return goods within
14 days of receipt
Informing us by email or phone is sufficient to protect your time warranty. The
right of return is with the exception of the following articles: custom-made
products, special offers , special orders and price-reduced leftovers on stock.
Return transport
The customer is liable for the return transport
costs unless the goods are proven to be faulty (see the above)The customer must
liaise directly with us to organise this
Arbitrary return transport by the self-importer as well as refusal to accept
goods on delivery is also charged to the customer. The cheapest way of
transporting will be chosen
