We use Royal Mail and Interlink Express to deliver your items. We aim to post your goods same day or the next working day after the payment has been received. For estimated delivery times and the postage, please refer to the item information provided. Times and costs vary dependant on the size of the product.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods, a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.
We will accept any items back for an exchange or refund. All we ask is that the returns are within 14 days of purchase and in the same exact condition they were sent in. Please email us stating your purchase and reason for the return. Include your invoice number as this will speed up your refund. We will refund the delivery cost if the item is faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund cost of delivery.
