Shipping & Handling


It is our policy to pass on any savings we make in Shipping & Handling costs
by combining your order for multiple products in one shipment.

All my eBay listings give you an automatic discount for the Shipping & Handling
charge on additional products ordered (of the same type) at the same time.

Most of the time we can and will discount for combined orders but sometimes
the cost of Shipping your order can be more expensive than the
cost quoted in my listings because of the weight or size. If this happens we will
contact you and give you the choice to cancel or change your order.

If you do order more than 1 item at the same time please place your
order and we will send you a revised invoice BEFORE you pay. We cannot make
adjustments after the order/s are placed. If in doubt please Contact Us.

But for the Russian Federation & Eastern Europe countries we regret that
because of regular difficulties with customs and importing into these countries
our courier companies (including DHL and UPS) can not guarantee to deliver
so we always have to use the Postal Services and

  • orders must be made up into parcels less than 2 kilos each
  • £5 extra (per parcel) must be paid for insurance and to get tracking
  • delivery will usually be in 3 weeks but can take up to 5 weeks.


Please also note that there is no Tracking Information with the normal Parcel Post
It costs an extra £5 to get tracking by insuring your parcel!
But we always have your postal receipt which we can email copy to you on request.
If you require the tracking/signed for service we use courier firms like DHL or UPS
which are much more expensive. Please advise us before we process your order
if you would like us to get you a quote you for the extra cost of a courier service.


We will normally despatch your order within a maximum of 3 WORKING DAYS
(usually less) after receiving your cleared payment, but always as soon as we can.
Please check the table below for the USUAL delivery time to your destination.

Our Business is based in Norfolk England!
Our office hours are 9am to 12pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and
Thursdays. We are closed on all Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays and English Public Holidays. 

Please allow for this in your expectation of the time needed to process and despatch
your order and for you receiving it or for an answer to any questions you may ask us.
Please email us any time if outside our office hours!

We value your custom and will always process and despatch your order at our earliest opportunity.


When your order is picked up by our carriers it is always in good condition and it is
then the carrier`s ( usually Royal Mail ) responsibility to deliver it to you safely,
securely and (mostly) on time. It is always packed well before it leaves us.

Please remember parcels can sometimes go astray in the postal system/s either in
the UK or in the country of destination and sometimes and can take up to 
3 weeks (15 working days) to arrive within the UK Mainland and 
5 weeks (25 working days) OUTSIDE THE UK before the Post Office will declare the parcel lost.

After this time we can claim insurance from the Post Office
who will pay us the value of the order and we will send you a replacement.

Remember it is very rare that this happens so please be patient as we will be.
It is disappointing for you but is not our fault. We do not have control over the delivery to you.

Also make sure you check with your local Post office in case they have tried to deliver it to you
and your neighbours as postmen sometimes leave them there!


If your order is damaged on arrival please notify us immediately. We have to advise
the carrier within 3 working days of the order`s delivery to you for us to claim damages
from the carrier. We will need proof of damage either by you sending the product back
to us or an email photo (or sometimes the carrier will call and check the damage for
insurance purposes. We will then send you a replacement.


If - for any reason - you change your mind about your product/s when you receive them
and wish to return them our Money Back Guarantee means we will refund you the
full cost of the item/s in your order (excluding our original  Post & Packing charges).
You need to notify us that you wish to return the item/s within 7 days of receiving your
order and then just pack it/them up (in the original condition/unused) and return it
to arrive back to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

You do need to pay the costs of returning the unwanted items to us. You also have
the responsibility for any loss or damage while in transit back to us. We recommend
that you use a secure and track-able service that most Post Offices provide.

Sometimes international deliveries will be intercepted by Customs and duties
assessed on contents. On the rare occasions this has happened our pub
memorabilia has been assessed at a very low duty cost. We cannot accept
responsibility for these costs.
