SHIPPING Q&A's

Question: Where do you ship from?

  • Your order will be shipped from our order fulfillment center in Bangkok, Thailand.

Question: Where do you ship to?
  • We ship Worldwide, to all countries for the same standard shipping rate.

Question: Can you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?
  • Yes, since we ship through the post office we can ship to PO Box and APO/FPO address.

Question: How will you ship my order? What shipping service do you use?
  • All standard shipments are shipped through the post office via International Insured & Registered Airmail. The package will then be delivered by your local post office. This is a very safe and reliable way to ship from Thailand.

Question: Will I need to sign for the package?
  • Yes, International Registered & Insured Airmail typically requires a signature upon delivery, making it a very safe way to ship. If you are not available to accept the shipment, your post office should leave a notice for you, the package can then either be claimed at your post office or in many countries can be requested to be re-delivered.

Question: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
  • Packages on average arrive to most countries in 10-14 BUSINESS Days, however they can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Shipping times vary from shipment to shipment depending upon the post office and your countries customs service in transit. Please understand that once we release a package to the post office, the shipping time frame is entirely dependent upon their services.

Question: How quickly will you ship my order?
  • We ship orders within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment.

Question: How do I know that my order has been shipped?
  • As soon as your order has shipped our system will send out a shipping confirmation email, this will be sent to your eBay registered e-mail address.

Question: What days/holidays do you not ship?
  • We ship daily, excluding Weekends and Holidays. Our holiday dates are as follows:
    • 2012: January 1-3rd; March 7th; April 6th & 13-16th, May 1st, 5th, 7th; June 4th; August 2nd, 13th; October 23rd; November 29th; December 5th, 10th, 24-25th, and 31st

Question: Do you offer Expedited shipping? I need my order fast.
  • Yes, we offer expedited service via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and EMS. Please contact us for rates and delivery information for your country before submitting the payment for your order.

Question: How fast is Expedited shipping?
  • Expedited packages on average arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on the destination country and your countries customs proceedures.

Question: What are Import Duties & Customs Taxes?
  • Import duties and/or customs taxes are charges that are sometimes assessed by your countries government. These additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please do not confuse these as additional shipping charges. Import Duties and/or customs taxes are typically collected by the shipping company upon delivery of the package.

Question: Why does shipping cost that much?
  • The cost to ship packages Internationally from Thailand is comparatively high, even for the lightest weight items. This can easily create a false impression that we are overcharging for shipping, rest assured this is not the case. We make every effort possible to offer sensible shipping rates. Please kindly take our dedication into consideration.

ORDER TRACKING Q&A

Question: Will I be able to track my order online?

  • A few countries (for example the USA and Canada) offer limited online tracking for packages sent via International Insured & Registered Airmail, however most countries do not offer this service. Please visit our 'Tracking' page here in our eBay store for full tracking details.

Question: Will you give me a tracking number?
  • Once your order has shipped your packages registration number will be uploaded into the eBay record for your order. In some cases it can take up to 2 business days for tracking numbers to be uploaded. Your packages registration number will work as your tracking number. Some countries offer online tracking with this number, however many do not yet offer this service.

PAYMENTS Q&A

Question: What types of payments do you accept?

  • Through our eBay site we are only able to accept PayPal payments. With PayPal you can pay with a credit or debit card, bank account or PayPal balance. We are not able to accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, or direct Bank Transfers out side of PayPal.

Question: How long do I have to submit my PayPal payment?
  • Please submit your PayPal payment within 7 days of winning your item. If you need a little longer, please contact us, we would be glad to assist.

Question: Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
  • Yes, we gladly offer discounted combined shipping rates. Each additional item purchased will receive $2.00 off it's regular shipping rate. Items that offer Free Shipping do not qualify for the combined discount. To receive the discount, please pay for all of your items together on a single invoice. If purchasing items in different currencies, please contact us for your final invoices.

Question: How do I pay for items that are in different currencies? They will not combine to the same invoice.
  • EBay will not combine items won in different currencies to the same invoice. To receive our discounted combined shipping rate for items won in more than 1 currency, please contact us for your final invoices before submitting your PayPal payments, so that we can ensure the combined shipping discount is applied to your order. You will receive 1 invoice per currency in this case.

BIDDING Q&A

Question: I have won an item already, but want to keep shopping and pay for all items together. Is this OK?

  • Yes, this is actually preferred. Please contact us via eBay message so that we can note your order that you are still shopping. We usually request payment within 7 days, at the end of the 7th day, a payment reminder will be sent if no contact is made by you.

Question: I bid on the wrong item, can I cancel my bid?
  • Yes, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have bid in error, please contact us.

RETURNS Q&A

Question: What is your return policy?

  • We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us before leaving feedback. We offer easy returns through our return support desk located on our 'Customer Support' page. We will gladly accept your return request for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should be sent back to our Bangkok order fulfillment center, include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective.

FEEDBACK Q&A

Question: I just paid for my order, can you leave feedback for me asap?

  • We use eBays automated feedback system. Once you receive your order, please leave feedback for us and the automated system will leave feedback for you at the same time.

MISCELANEOUS Q&A

Question: How can I wash/care for this item?

  • For all of our garments we recommend to machine wash on the gentle/hand wash cycle with a delicate soap. Then hang to dry. This should maintain the garment nicely. Alternatively, any item can be dry cleaned if you prefer.

Question: I am coming to Bangkok, do you have a store that I can visit?
  • Currently, we only have our order fulfillment center in Bangkok. Products for purchase are exclusive to eBay and our website.
