We don’t like to leave bad feedback for anyone, despite the many, many difficulties and many non payers we experience on eBay.  However we will do so when a customer has left it for us without contacting us or giving us a chance, has not adhered to our terms and conditions or has made little or no attempt to make contact with after a purchase or sale and has left us bad feedback for unreasonable circumstances, or do not understand that couriers take our items on the day of payment, after that  we have no control.

 

Our business is often extremely busy - we sometimes work under enormous pressures with hundreds of emails, calls and visits demanding from us everyday. Try to be reasonable, we try, but if you have no patience with us then we will have no patience with you.
