Terms of Purchase.

Delivery / Carriage.

Goods must be checked on delivery. Goods are dispatched in 0-2 working days unless stated otherwise on listing. We reserve the right to upgrade carriage service. Discount carriage offers must be applied at time of payment, refunds on carriage overpayments will not be made.

Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all goods we sell. If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your goods you may return them to us within 7 days. Goods returned in saleable condition will receive a refund minus postage / carriage costs. If you are returning goods please ensure they are securely packaged before returning to avoid damage. Buyer pays return postage / carriage costs.


Claim for damaged or non delivered goods.

Very rarely goods may be damaged, lost or stolen in transist. Should you need to make a claim for any of these please contact us for the claims proceedure, we will require you make resonable checks with neighbours and your local delivery address as part of a claim. Customers are responsible for returning any goods damaged in transit for a full refund.

Any fault must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Any goods which fail to reach you should be reported after 15 working days (Royal Mail timescale) 2 working days for courier delivered goods. Claims for non delivery cannot be made after 20 working days of order date. Royal Mail Strike Days are not counted as working days.

Weights of goods dispatched and packing camera images may be used to check claims.

Making a false claim is fraud. We will ask for your claim to be made in writing to limit fraud.

It is wise to remember in the UK, if someone thinks that something you wrote about them is either defamatory or damaging, the onus will be entirely on you to prove that your comments are true in court. In other words, if you make the claim, you've got to prove it! Image 2000 plus Ltd will start court proceeding for damages should we will feel any feedback left is either defamatory or damaging to Image 2000 plus Ltd.
