Prodec use professional packing material that meets all terms set by courier companies, ensuring equipment arrives safely with minimal chance of damage.
Prodec endeavour to dispatch goods on the same day as the payment has cleared. Orders received after 2.00pm will normally be processed for shipping the following day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
All items are exposed to our meticulous quality checks, and testing processes prior to being listed on eBay.
Faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within five working days of the date goods are received. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage cost. If you have been unable to return the item within the five working days, our standard warranty terms apply.
Unwanted items may be returned within five working days of the date goods are received. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item (unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent through error). The customer pays all return shipping (unless faulty).

The item must be repackaged to the same standard it was delivered, with all manuals, leads accessories etc.
