Return Policy
SIGNATURE REQUIRED POLICY

For your protection, our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery for orders valued at $250.00 or more to business and private home properties. The value is $100 for orders delivered to apartment complexes. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, you may opt out the signature requirement by emailing us at before 4pm Monday to Friday. Pro Therapy will not be responsible for loss of package if you opt out the signature requirement. We would like to suggest shipping it to a business location or you can also:

1. Sign the carrier’s delivery notice after the first delivery attempt. You can sign a release authorization and select your preferred delivery location on this form. The carrier will generally make three delivery attempts before your package is returned to Pro Therapy Supplies.

2. After the first delivery attempt, pick up your package at the carrier’s local office. Please call the number on the form, and let them know you would like your shipment held for pickup.

If your package has been returned back to Pro Therapy Supplies, you will have to pay shipping costs to have the order re-shipped out to you.

OTHER SHIPPING CHARGE DETAILS

Pro Therapy will not be responsible for Lift Gate or Inside Delivery Charges, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is only quoted as a Curbside Delivery unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-883-0368 and we will cancel your order at no cost. Please note that orders placed prior to 3:00 pm EST are normally processed the very same day. If your order has already been shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and the shipping charge will not be refunded. If you received free shipping promotion for the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETURN POLICY

All Returns are subjected to 10% restocking fees + shipping cost

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

* Please Request an RMA number by calling 1-800-883-0368. Once assigned, the RMA number is valid for only 14 days.

* Please write RMA number clearly on shipping label (You will need to purchase a label in your expense.) Affix shipping label to outside of package. *Note: Do not write RMA on the package.

* If the order is Free Shipping, we will deduct that shipping cost from the refund amount.

* If the order is NOT Free Shipping, we will not refund you the shipping cost when the product returns.

* Return packages prepaid and use a secure shipping method as we are not responsible for loss or damage of the product. Please obtain a tracking number for your record.

EXCHANGES

The restocking fee will be waived when you choose to exchange an item for a different size or color of equal or similar value, rather than returning it. The product must still be in like new; re-sellable condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned for any reason once purchased, such as – Therapeutic Lodi, Buckwheat, Magnetic Therapy Bedding,Bed Leg Bed Wedges or any kind of Water pillows. Due to our compliance with Health and Safety laws/regulations we cannot accept these items as returns, nor can we accept the following items for the same reason:

* Used or worn Braces, Supports, and Briefs (once the package is opened, is NOT returnable)

* If any equipment that has been opened and assembled we will not accept return.

* Any return with missing accessories, screws and manuals will be refused.

* Hot/Cold Therapy products - heated or frozen/refrigerated

* Topical/Analgesics opened and un-opened (to protect all customers of contamination and tampering).

* All other bedding and low back cushions can be returned ONLY if the items have not been opened or removed from the plastic seals.

* Worn or washed merchandise will be returned at the customer’s expense. Assembled Furniture and DVD/VHS media is also non-returnable.

Note: For Return items sold with “Free Shipping” -- Customers are responsible for both the delivery and return shipping fees. NO EXCEPTIONS

All packages received without the pre-assigned RMA number shown on the label will be refused.

If package is damaged during shipping, it will be refused. All claims for incomplete, defective, and/or missing accessories or products must be made within 5 days merchandise is received.

DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED UPON DELIVERY

* Note damages on the delivery bill and have the driver sign it – acknowledging damage.

* Contact customer service immediately: call 1-800-883-0368 to start shipping claim process.

***Replacement of damaged parts will be shipped to the customer at no charge***

WARRANTY

After the first 30 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by product category.

Pro Therapy holds no claims that magnetic therapy will heal your pain. Always consult your physician before purchasing any medical equipment.

To make your purchase as simple and easy as possible, please refer to the store policies listed below. After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now! Click the Pay Now button at the top of this listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.

Check-Out Later If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

You may also continue purchasing additional items from our auctions or eBay store. You have [ 7 ] days from the end of the first purchase to add additional items to your order. Make sure all of your auctions have ended prior to checking out. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one checkout!

Orders received before 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday - Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be process the next business day. Orders received after 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery Information:
When available, choose from standard, express or super express delivery for your order. Some items are not eligible for 1-Day, 2-Day, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select delivery and some specialty items may require additional delivery time.

Typical delivery estimates:
Super Express delivery: 2 business days

Express delivery:
4 business days

Standard delivery:
10 business days

If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, you may opt out the signature requirement by: downloading and signing the following form and remitting it to Pro Therapy Supplies via fax, or scan and e-mail. By signing the "Opt Out of Signature Form", you agree to remove Pro Therapy Supplies from all liabilities pertaining to the loss of goods and damages to product.

We would like to suggest shipping the item to a business location or you can also:

Please Note

Express delivery methods may not be offered if the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer, or if product regulations prevent air shipment. The cost of Express delivery methods includes standard shipping charges plus the cost of expediting the shipping process to ensure timely shipping. Remember that mail carriers do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays, and that packages shipping from our manufacturers may take a few extra days to arrive. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Return shipping costs for items shipped directly from the manufacturer may vary.
