Dear much valued customers. Due to the exceptionally high amount of claims for none delivery I have had to send all parcels to require a signature. This is unfortunate for my many honest customers as the cost for 1 or more items is £2.73 but in todays ebay climate many people will not wait more than 5 business days without demanding another be sent or else. Many of these items will be delivered eventually but not one of these people have ever returned my extra item. People also receive an item with a less than perfect fit & demand a full refund for none delivery. Sellers are wise to all these fraudulent behaviours & bitterly aware it is unforgivable for honest ebayers to lose out & so it is you that I apologise to . I had 19 claims in August since changing to tracked with signature none.
