Print A Ribbon

Any personalised ribbon orders can not be returned unless the items are faulty. If goods are faulty, please contact us at sales@printaribbon.co.uk within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return, we will then inspect the products on arrival, if we deem them to be faulty, we will either replace the products, or give a full refund at the customers discretion. Faulty products are returned to us at the customers expense. Regretfully the original postage cost can not be refunded.

Please be aware that your computer monitor may not show the colours of the ribbon correctly. They look right on our computer screens, so unfortunately that is all we can do! Any ribbon which is deemed to be the wrong colour when it arrives cannot be returned. Please take advantage of our free sample service if you are unsure or want to double check the colour of the ribbon.

As the satin ribbon is woven during production, this does not leave an entirely smooth surface to be printed on to. This means that you will not get a solid colour finish when the ribbon is printed - print colours can appear lighter than expected, because the ribbon can be seen through the print. If you are at all unsure as to your colour combination, please contact us for a sample. Unfortunately, refunds can not be given as a result of this problem.

The print colour on the ribbon is not entirely fixed, therefore the ribbon is unsuitable for clothing labels, or anything that requires it to last for a significant amount of time. The ribbon is more than durable enough for use on favours etc which it has been designed for. With substantial rubbing or moisture, the print will come off, therefore please ensure when using the ribbon that hands are clean and dry to get the best result, this includes the use of hand creams, they do seem to have an adverse effect on the print so watch out for this when using the ribbon.

Ribbon widths and colours will also differ from batch to batch. Ribbon widths will not often differ beyond 1mm. Batch colours of ribbons will differ, even if the colour is meant to be the same. If ordering large amounts, or on seperate occasions, allowances should be made for this.

Please check all spellings when ordering your items as we can take no responsibility for any type errors at the time of ordering.

Although we do carry a large stock of ribbon colours & widths, some products do occasionally go out of stock. Although they should still be available within the 14 day turnaround, please contact us when ordering if the items are required sooner. In the unlikely event of an item not being available within 14 days, we will contact you. You will then have the choice of waiting for the item to come in to stock, choosing an alternative item or having a full refund.
