Payment: Paypal is our only method of payment.

Failure to pay for an item within 5 days will result in an order cancellation and this will be reported to eBay.

Fees: UK Value Added Tax is included in the final price of the item(s) purchased.

Shipping: We currently only ship/post our products to the UK. Every product is protected by appropriate packaging during transit. Adequate insurance is always included, unless otherwise specified.

Delivery: We guarantee to deliver all items within 10 days of receiving payment. All products are sent via courier.

Refunds and Returns: 4x4 Parts Direct hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases. However, if you receive your order and an item is faulty, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items to discuss returns and a replacement/refund. Faulty items must be returned within 28 days and postage will be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty. A replacement will then be sent.
