Right to Cancel (Cooling off period)

You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days of receiving the goods provided the goods are returned, AT YOUR COST, in a NEW and UN-USED condition. Any sealed software and packaging must be returned UN-OPENED and in a condition to be "Sold again as New".

The purpose of this consumer right is to enable you to determine that the goods are of the type and specification you ordered in a similar way that you would examine something in a conventional shop before purchasing it, it is NOT a free trial period and once the goods have been opened this right expires.

If you wish to exercise this right you must contact us by email (admin@photobrands.co.uk) within Seven Working Days of receipt of the goods and we will supply you with a returns address and make arrangements to refund the original cost of the goods including any delivery charge.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and ensuring it arrives safely.

Please note that this right only applies to "Buy It Now" items.

Should a problem arise during the guarantee period please email us at service@photobrands.co.uk with a full description of the problem and we will send you the address to which the faulty item should be returned and will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to advise them of the item you will be returning.
