We strive to offer top quality items at competitive prices with a high level of service and in an effort to comply with current consumer law we would like to publish details of our returns and guarantee policies.
We will endeavour to rectify any problems or queries as quickly as possible and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Right to Cancel (Cooling off period)
You have the right to cancel this order within seven working days of receiving the goods provided the goods are returned, AT YOUR COST, in a NEW and UN-USED condition.
Any sealed software and packaging must be returned UN-OPENED and in a condition to be "Sold again as New".
The purpose of this consumer right is to enable you to determine that the goods are of the type and specification you ordered in a similar way that you would examine something in a conventional shop before purchasing it, it is NOT a free trial period and once the goods have been opened this right expires.
If you wish to exercise this right you must contact us by email (admin@photobrands.co.uk) within Seven Working Days of receipt of the goods and we will supply you with a returns address and make arrangements to refund the original cost of the goods including any delivery charge.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and ensuring it arrives safely.
Please note that this right only applies to "Buy It Now" items.

We try very hard to describe an item in a fair and accurate way and our specifications are usually taken from manufacturers literature. However if you are unsure of an items suitability for your requirements or have a very specific use or requirement for a product please contact us before purchasing to ascertain if it will meet your needs.

Unless specifically stated, all our products are Brand New, UK Supplied and covered by the manufacturers guarantee and their terms and conditions.
Should a problem arise during the guarantee period please email us at service@photobrands.co.uk with a full description of the problem and we will send you the address to which the faulty item should be returned and will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to advise them of the item you will be returning.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and ensuring it arrives safely.
