Returns :

If you are not completely satisfied with this product for any reason we will replace it or refund your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) within 14 days of receipt.

If you choose to return or exchange an item, please contact us for instructions. Item must be returned unused and in its original packaging with all paperwork and return postage paid for.

After the 14 days deadline, the item will be replaced or store credit will be given to you

If the item is damaged or faulty, please send pictures of the fault via an eBay message and we will do our best to ensure that we can rectify the problem. Please ensure that we can see the fault clearly on the picture. Once we have seen the fault, we will be able to give further instructions.

Please allow up to 48 hours once you have sent a picture, although we aim to reply back the same day, sometimes we do not see the message for the next few hours.
