TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Power Products Direct we pride ourselves on our customer service and fairness so we aim to keep our terms and conditions as straightforward as possible.

1. Errors

In the unlikely event of any problems with your item we must be notified of errors and shortages within five working days of receiving the goods.

2. Non Delivery

If for any reason your item does not arrive. We must be notified of missing orders within fourteen days of the payment date.

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order for the item you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. However you must have contacted us via the contact seller option on ebay explaining you reason for cancelling within 14 days of making payment. We will then provide a returns authorisation number which must then be documented with the returned goods. Cancelled items must be received in good condition in their original packaging. Beyond this, if the goods are faulty see clause 4.

4. Returns

You have the right to return an item for a full refund if it arrives faulty within a 28 day period. All returns must be notified via the contact seller option before the items are returned. We will accept returns of non faulty items within 14 days but please contact us via the contact seller option for details on how to return an item to us.

5. Tax

VAT is applicable to all products at the rate prevailing at the date of despatch. Any liable taxes are included in, or shown with the auction price.

6. Warranty Period

Subject to the conditions below; We warrant that the goods sold will be free from fault, suitable for their purpose and correspond with their specifications, for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This does not effect your rights under the Sales and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations.

The above warranty is given by us subject to the following conditions: • We shall not be liable in respect of any defect arising from damage, negligence or abnormal working conditions.

7. Force Majeure

If We are unable to supply due to acts or omissions of third parties, or by reason on industrial dispute, the contract shall be suspended until fulfilment is possible.
