Shipping & Packaging

We aim to keep postage costs to a minimum and have done the best we can to automate the postage for combined products. However, if you have ordered multiple products and find that the postage is excessive then please contact us and we'll review and adjust the invoice accordingly. Postage to destinations outside of Mainland UK, including the Scottish Highlands, any of the Isles (IOM, Shetland & Orkney, Western, Channel or Scilly), Ireland or international countries may incur a surcharge. Please contact us first for a shipping quotation.

For small orders we post via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post. Medium to large orders will be shipped via FedEx 24hr Courier. If you order a number of small items then we will automatically upgrade the shipping from First Class Royal Mail to FedEx next day courier.

We strive to ship orders out the same day providing they are received before 15:00.

Great care is needed when packing fluids and very few distributors that specialise in mail order of these types of products are dedicated to the same level of care as us. Our professional and thorough packing is the best in the business and ensures that your order arrives safely.

We use strong, high quality, custom made boxes to enable sufficient packing material around each item and thus offer optimum protection against postal damage. And, if any order is damaged, we'll replace it without question.

Payments

99% our products are in stock and in the UK. However, in the event that a product becomes out of stock then we will contact you immediately with an ETA. If the ETA is unacceptable then we will offer a part refund as a gesture of goodwill or refund in full.

The final purchase price includes delivery and VAT and a full VAT invoice will be supplied with your order. There are no hidden charges.

We accept PayPal and are fully PayPal verified. We also accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or postal order. If you prefer, you can pay by debit/credit card over the phone after your purchase – Just call us on 0844 556 1255.

Support

We pride ourselves with the level of advice and support we give to our customers. You can call or email us for advice before your purchase or for any support you may require post purchase. Sometimes we are not always able to answer your call immediately, but if you leave a message we guarantee that we will get back to you as soon as we can. In most cases this is the same day but always within 24 hours.

We stand by our products and we do our best to ensure items we sell are described as accurately as possible. We also treat our customers courteously and fairly. We ask that you contact us if you are in any way dissatisfied and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues or problems that you may encounter.

Returns

It is important to us that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase and we are extremely confident that you will be. However, please inform us of any damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery and we will replace the item FOC or offer a full refund at our discretion. You may be required to return the damaged or defective item(s). This does not affect the manufacturer's warranty where it applies.

Similarly, if an order is incorrect in anyway, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. We will correct your order immediately. You may be required to return incorrect order items.
