Returns Policy
All of our orders carry a 7 day cooling off period. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund, excluding postage, provided you are within 7 days of receipt of the goods. When sending your goods back, please send back in the original, unspoilt packaging. A refund will be issued, excluding the cost of postage, provided the product is in a condition where it can be re-sold again.
We aim to provide a 1st class service that ensures our customers are happy to shop with us again. We understand that on occasions problems may occur that require the goods to be returned and we will do all we can to accommodate your requests.
Claims for damaged items must be reported to us as soon as possible.
Any item found to be faulty or damaged will be replaced immediately it has been returned and inspected, providing it is received back at our premises within 14 days of purchase. If you cannot wait for the time this takes we will despatch an advance replacement immediately, providing you authorise us to take payment for the item prior to despatch. When the faulty or damaged item has been returned and inspected we will issue credit providing it is found to be a genuine claim.
Standard Warranty procedures are followed for any faulty claim after 14 days of receipt of your goods, and any return costs are at the customers expense. Postage costs will be refunded when the genuine faulty claim is received within 14 days.
The cost of returning goods is at the customer's expense unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.
Items found to be faulty after a period of 14 days will be dealt with according to the manufacturers warranty procedure and in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please contact us to request the return or replacement of any item.
In every instance, please send your original invoice back with the goods, or a note with your name and invoice number to enable us to process the return without delays. Please obtain a proof of posting when sending items back to us, and keep in a safe place. This is for instances where problems may arise, thank you.
In the event of a non-delivery:
In the rare occasion that an item does not arrive, please contact us first so that we can try to locate your order. If an item is particularly heavy, or carries a high value, we will normally use an overnight carrier. This then enables us to track the item.
In some cases an item may be despatched using Royal Mail's recorded delivery, to add a little extra security. In this instance an order cannot be tracked until a signature has been received upon delivery, and no information is supplied to us by Royal Mail until at least 15 days after despatching the goods from our distribution centre in the event of a non-delivery. Please allow at least 15 days after despatch if an item does not arrive and we can track your order through Royal Mail, and then follow Royal Mail's instructions, issue a refund or send out a replacement depending on the buyer's (you) requests.
