Delivery

To ensure a Next Day delivery, please order and complete payment before mid-day. Next Day is classed as next working day, so orders placed on Friday may not be delivered until the following Monday, and orders placed after mid-day on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday.

All standard orders are sent out using Royal Mail, and often reach their intended destination within 2 - 3 days, but please allow 3 - 6 days for delivery. Certain orders of higher value will be despatched using a carrier, and often arrive next day. If next day is selected, the delivery will be made using an overnight carrier. If you select this option it would be a huge help if you could supply your telephone number as this is passed on to the carrier in the event of any problems.

Orders are generally despatched within 24 hours, and any problems which may occur are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Please be aware that on the odd occasion, items do go missing in the post, and we will do all we can to rectify this where possible. If this happens, please contact us so we can investigate.
