We recognize that ordering used books on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. If you've ever bought books from us, you know firsthand how tough our standards are. By enforcing strict quality guidelines, we can guarantee that every book we sell, new or used, is a good reading copy. If you're not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title.

Please note that we do not accept returns on the following: orders for books in quantities of 10 or more (of the same title); and orders for books in quantities of 5 or more (of the same title) exceeding a sum of $300. New books containing software, CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened are also not returnable.
