Combining Orders
When ordering multiple items, after committing to buy on all items, you may ask us to combine your purchase. If eligible, a postage discount will be applied. If the parcel is destined inside Mainland UK, and consists of 4 or more items, we will upgrade your order to tracked delivery free of charge when combining your order. You must ask us to combine orders for you as orders are not automatically combined.
Despatch Times
Standard delivery: Items are usually despatched within 2 working days. Please allow for extended despatch times during busy holiday periods.

United Kingdom
Standard delivery: Sent using Royal Mail's Second Class delivery service, which has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days.
Express delivery: Sent using ParcelForce's tracked 24 Hour service, which has an expected delivery time of 1 working day.
Europe & USA
Standard delivery: Sent using Royal Mail's First Class Airmail service, which has an expected delivery time of 5-10 working days.
Express delivery: Sent using ParcelForce's tracked Global Priority service, which has an expected delivery time of 2-4 working days.
Rest of World
Standard delivery: Sent using Royal Mail's First Class Airmail service, which has an expected delivery time of 10-15 working days.
Express delivery: Sent using ParcelForce's tracked Global Priority service, which has an expected delivery time of 4-6 working days. |
