Thank you for visiting our ebay store.  Pompeii3 manufacturers all items once an order has been placed.  Low invetory and knowledgable manufactuing allows you to buy items below what most retailers pay.

When will my order ship?

• Our items are made to order which is why the prices are so low and require up to 10 business days to ship. 
• Items without diamonds will likely ship sooner.
• For security all of our shipments include insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
• If you are not available to sign for the package, a notice will be left and you can pick it up at the postoffice with a driver liscense.

Can we do rush orders?

• Please call or email to check availability before placing a rush order.
• Express mail is available for an additional amount. 

How can I track my shipment?

• Once it ships we will email you the tracking number so you can follow the package online.
• If you did not recieve tracking info, please send us an email we can provide the info; pompeii3jewelry@aol.com.

Will I have to pay customs?

• All packages sent outside of the USA over $200 will likely have to pay a customs or vat fee.
•  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• The delivery agent will usually come to your house or call to inform of duty or vat fees.  This amount is a customs charge not postage. 

How much are customs fees?

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
  

At Pompeii3 Inc., your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you're not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, within 7 days from the date of delivery you may exchange or return the merchandise for a full refund.

You must return items in new or unused condition with sales tag still attached to merchandise.  ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s)  on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

We will inspect your item upon receipt.  If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.

Bridal and engagement rings that come with an IGI, EGL, HRD, or GIA Appraisal Certificate must be returned with the certificate.  If the certificate is not returned with the bridal or engagement ring, the refund amount will be reduced by 100$ or more according to replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, please advise us so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement. 

Once merchandise is received a refund will be issued with 10 business days.  Money is refunded the same way it was received.  Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Custom and engraved orders are nonrefundable.

Custom sizes are nonrefundable

-Ladies sizes over 9 and under 4 are nonrefundable.

-Mens sizies over 12 and under 7 are nonrefundable.
