 Delivery Times

• If you buy an item with an Other Courier rate, there is no guaranteed delivery time, the delivery time of 3-5 work days is an estimated delivery time only.
• We can not take any action until 15 work days after an item has been sent out as postal services allow this time for a parcel to be delivered.
• For overseas orders please allow 25 work days for delivery.
• On the rare occasion that the buyer did not receive the item, we will start full investigation with the used postal services. We will require a signed declaration of the buyer stating they did not receive the item. We can not issue a refund/replace an item until a signed declaration of the buyer is returned to us. The postal services may contact the buyer regarding their claim.
• We offer a recorded postal service for all our items. We highly reccomend our buyers to use a recorded service.

Postage Costs & Discounts

• Postage discounts are always available for people who buy more than one item. Postage costs never exceed £9.99. Maximum weight per order is 30KG. UK Mainland only. This offer excludes certain remote areas on UK mainland. Please keep in mind that eBay can not give you automatic discount on an order with various items. Please wait for an adjusted invoice or ask for a total from us. Once paid we can no longer apply postage discount.
• For large orders (over 2KG) to UK overseas or remote areas, postage costs will vary. Please contact us for exact rates.
• Due to high item not received claims from certain countries, we may have to apply a postal rate for recorded services. If this is the case we will contact you when you placed your order.

Fast and Correct Delivery

• We aim to send out orders paid for by 3pm next working day
• On Sundays we aim to send out orders paid for by 12pm next working day.
• Orders are sent out to the address provided on Paypal. 
• We offer a 24 hour and 48 hour courier sevices for UK Mainland on all items. We advise you to message us on ebay if you want to make use of this service to assure on time delivery.

Returns

• If an order is returned to us because the buyer did not collect his order upon request from the postal services or the address was incorrect, we can not issue a refund for the postage costs.
