If after 14 days no payment is received, we will advise eBay in-order to reclaim our fees.If you need longer to pay, just let us know and we will try to accomodate you. Some items are trackable and you will be given tracking numbers. 1st Class post to the UK can take 3 days(depending on the time of year)Royal Mail advise items are deemed lost after 15 days for the UK and 28 days for overseas. Please contact us after these times for assistance. |
 | Q: I'm due a refund, when will you send it? |

 | A: If you qualify for a refund, then we will refund you as soon as we have your item/s back (if returning). If you paid from your Paypal balance, the money will be with you the same day. If you used a card your money will take 3-5 working days to be processed. |
