| A:We are happy to offer a refund if an item has not been described correctly however we do provide all relevant measurements so can not refund if an item simply doesn't fit. |

| A:Yes. This is based on the weight but is roughly £1-2 per extra item. |

| A:Once payment has been received ( please add 3 days for cheques to clear) your item will be sent out within 24 hours. Please email if you would like to delay postage. |
