Q. How long will it take to receive my item?
A. It depends on USPS. We usually ship within 1 business day, but we can not vouch for the speed of the post office. Most people get their item within a few days... sometimes they take up to two weeks (that's not a misprint or a typo... USPS has been known to take up to two weeks). International orders usually average about 2 weeks (again, don't shoot the messenger... if you absolutlely have to have your item sooner, please do not purchase)
Q. Why does USPS's tracking seem to say the item has been shipped yet?
A. Because USPS's tracking is very poor. They only track when the label is printed and when the item is delivered to its final destination... and NOWHERE in between. (so, in other words, they do not track when the item is picked up; they do not track when the item reaches a certain facility and or city... only when it reaches it's final destination)
Q. Why do you only accept PayPal?
A. Because everyone (almost) has a PayPal account. Also, it's much harder to juggle hundreds of auctions when money orders and cashiers checks are coming long after auctions have ended. Exceptions can be made if the buyer 1. has excellent feedback and 2. is within the US and 3. emails me prior to bidding. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST PAY VIA PAYPAL. NO EXCEPTIONS
Q. How does the free shipping on additional items work?
A. Purchases as many Poker Weights/Guards as you like. After you're done shopping, only pay shipping on the item with the highest shipping charge (usually $3). Pay for all your items in ONE payment.
Q. Will you ship to X?
A. I will always ship Poker Weights/Guards to the US, Canada, Australia and the EU - ask if you aren't sure what the charge is. Other countries are decided on a case by case basis in which the buyers feedback profile will be the primary factor.
Q. Can you create a custom Poker Weight for me?
A. Yes, but we require a minimum order of 100 since a custom mold would need to be created.
Q. Is your price and/or shipping negotiable?
A. NO! Please do not bid if you don't like the price, shipping, payment terms, etc.
Q. Do you wholesale your products?
A. Yes, very large quantities are available at a discounted rate.
Q. When do you leave feedback?
A. We use an automated feedback system that leave positive feedback once positive feedback is received. If you are less than completly satisfied with the quality of the product and service, let me know PRIOR to leaving feedback.
