Returning an Unwanted Purchase?

All customers have a 14 day return policy to return an unwanted purchase. The returned produced must still be in the same condition as it was received i.e.;

- Sealed
- Unopened
- Unwatched

All returned goods, must be accompanied by the attached invoice and original packaging.

Need to Return a Damaged / Faulty Purchase?

All customers have a 14 day return policy to return faulty or damaged item. All returns must be returned via a recorded delivery method, with the tracking number provided to us on the day of return. Please return via one of the following postage methods;

- Recorded Delivery (UK customers Only)
- Next Day Delivery (UK Customers Only)
- International Signed for Delivery (International Customers Only)

We will refund up to £1.20 of the return postage costs for UK customers and £1.99 for International customers.

Any loss must be taken up by the sender (Customer) with their postage provider. We will asset in providing any information required, in assisting with the track and trace of any lost return.

We hold the right to reject & return any returned product, that we believe to neither be in the same condition as dispatched or in a 100% working condition, when returned for damaged or fault.

All returned goods, will be fully tested, before a replacement or refund is issued.
