I haven't received my order?
Your orders are guaranteed with us. If your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK orders only) of dispatch we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase if a replacement is not available.
Plesse Note: We do require that you inform us of none received / damage order/s no longer than 20days of your purchase date, as we will not be able to assist with your problem after this time.
European / International Buyers
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the purchase date, we will fully refund your account after a full investigation as taken place between ourselves and Royal Mail (this can take between 10-30 days to complete).

I've received my order, but it's damaged?
All orders that are received damaged during transit, need to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Your return postage will be covered up to the value of £1.20, and must be returned via a trackable service i.e.
