We are a family run company with over 20 years experience selling to retailers and we are now also selling direct to the public on-line. We sell a selection of high quality products at very competitive prices. We aim to help our customers create a co-ordinated designer look at a fraction of the cost. Our products include bathroom basin and bath wastes, traditional and modern bottle traps, modern basin clicker and flip top wastes. We also sell exposed bath wastes, contemporary bath overflow fillers with pop up or clicker waste,and a range of bespoke Designer Heated Towel Rails and radiator valves. In addtion we also stock items to create a professional, streamlined finishing touch such as sections of exposed chrome pipework and elbow joints.

Postage & Payment
POSTAGE:We offer a number of postage options for most items. Please choose the 1 you prefer. We will dispatch your item within 1 working day in most cases depending on the time of day your order was received. However please be aware that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post are not guaranteed delivery options and so may take longer than the advertised timescales. I always get a proof of posting so please email me if your item does not arrive and I will query it with Royal Mail. PAYMENT: We prefer paypal payment but payment can be taken over the phone on 01283 840537. Alternatively cheques or postal order are also accepted. International buyers please email for postage costs in advance.

We have over 20 years experience of sourcing products from all over Europe and selling high quality plumbing and bathroom products to retailers. We have now expanded to include selling online both to retailers and the public. We pride ourselves on providing high quality goods in the latest designs which are good value. We have found products that work to the benefit of 100s of our satisfied customers.

Our range gives our customers the chance to copy the latest designer looks at a fraction of the cost.

We also specialise in providing products to cooordinate and complete the look of your bathroom. We have products to compliment both traditional and modern styles, which give any bathroom a sexy, cutting edge look. We also have our own range of bespoke Heated Towel Rails, handmade here in the UK to the highest British StandardsWe are able to accommodate customer’s requirements to produce bespoke sizes and styles.

Our experience means we are able to answer any queries you may have regarding the products, their usage and give advice on the best product for particular applications in a friendly non technical way. We are happy to offer general advice and help you solve any problems! Give us a try.

Payment

The following payment methods are accepted:-

Payment over the telephone on 01283 840537

Cheques & Postal Orders- made payable to Plumbstore Direct, please enclose item number, name and address.

Please note goods cannot be dispatched until payment, in particular cheques, have cleared

>Delivery

Postage & Delivery- we offer a variety of postal options depending on the weight of the item and depending on how quickly you want to receive it. Please see individual listings for details.

We make every effort to dispatch your goods either the same day or next working day depending on the time of day your payment is received and email notification will be sent to confirm despatch. Please note that Royal Mail's services with the exception of special delivery are not guaranteed delivery timescales. They aim to deliver within the advertised timescales so if you do need your goods for a set date then please allow enough time or use special delivery next working day option to avoid disappointment. Proof of posting is obtained for all items sent by Royal Mail so please notify us if you haven't received your item so that we can make enquiries.

If your item is sent by carrier we will have a more detailed breakdown of its whereabouts to hand so again please contact me if it doesn’t arrive. If you missed the delivery, you can request a redelivery with the card left by the driver or collect the goods from your local depot. Redelivery will be arranged automatically for the next working day if no instruction is made to the courier. If you fail to receive the order on the second attempt .Goods will be held in the local depot for 5 working days to await your collection. If no collection or arrangement is made, it will be returned to us along with a return charge of £19.80, the purchaser must meet this charge.

Insurance-As a business seller we will ensure that you are not out of pocket for any lost or damaged items.

Postage Discounts-we are happy to combine postage if you wish to purchase several items so please contact me for an individual quote based on the exact items and the weight

>Exchanges and Returns Policy

If the item is faulty on delivery we will obviously replace or refund your item, so please contact us to arrange a return within 7 days of receiving it. You can also arrange to exchange an item by contacting me to make the necessary arrangements within 14 days

If you change your mind you can return the item for a refund within 30 days, but the item must be undamaged, in a salebale condtion and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct 20% charge from your purchase price to cover eBay & other relevant fees if this isn't the case. And P&P is non-refundable as this has already been paid by us.
