All the returns procedures listed below are subject to you notifying us by phone or Email prior to returning the item.

You may return an item for any reason within 7 working days of receiving the goods.  We will not be held responsible for the method of postage used to return the goods or the payment of the transit back to us.  We strongly recommend that you use a traceable service to return any items, defective or otherwise.

In the event of FREE postage and packaging being offered when the product was purchased, Plumb 4 Less Ltd have the right to deduct carriage and EBay costs before a refund is issued.  We would advise you to obtain these costs prior to returning the item to avoid any confusion.

In the event of you receiving a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to rectify the problem.  We are regularly in contact with manufacturers and suppliers and will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

All returns are subject to the goods being complete, unused and in a resalable condition.  This includes the goods packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resalable condition.  

DO NOT remove an installed item if it has sub sequentally been found to be faulty until you have spoken to the manufacturer, especially if it is an electrical item as this may invalidate the warranty.  It is the consumers’ responsibility to adhere to the manufacturers’ terms and conditions before installation. 

We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred during communication with Plumb 4 Less Ltd whether that communication be via telephone, Email or otherwise.

We regret that we cannot refund incorrectly supplied goods if they are not returned in a resalable condition, with the original packaging.  Customers are urged to check deliveries upon receipt.

All refunds are subject to the inspection of goods once they are returned to us and must be authorised prior to return.  Please note that item(s) returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
