Delivery for our standard items is usually 3-5 working days, however some goods are sent direct via the manufacturer which may delay your order if the item is out of stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. In these cases we will inform you immediately and give an approximate date for delivery.
Any goods ordered at the weekend or a Bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
We endeavour to deliver all goods on time. However, delays are possible so please make sure that you have your goods before you arrange installation as Plumb 4 Less Ltd will not be held responsible for any charges incurred if there is a delay in receiving your goods. Please also make sure you are completely happy with the condition of your goods before installation has commenced.
Delivery times are approximate and should not be relied upon. We cannot take any responsibility for late deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to delays resulting from carrier activities and mistakes, flood, fire malicious damage.
We are not responsible if you are inconvenienced financially or otherwise if an order is delivered late, is not fulfilled or arrives broken or incorrectly.
Goods may be sent in instalments rather than as one package.
Plumb 4 Less Ltd normally uses carriers to deliver. Before a delivery has been accepted and signed for, please check and inspect that the delivered goods are correct with the delivery note and that you are happy with the goods.
When you receive a delivery it is the responsibility of the person signing the delivery note that they check the number of parcels or components they are signing for (this will be clearly stated on the consignment/delivery note), by signing the delivery note, that person is accepting the goods and is responsible for them. Should there be any problems then we must be informed in writing within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. This is very important as if a claim needs to be made we can follow the procedures of the carrier company used to make the delivery.
Any transit damage, shortages or incorrect goods must be stated on the delivery note when signing for and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any missing packages AFTER the delivery has been signed for. We will however always do our best to resolve any discrepancies.
It is at the individual delivery driver’s discretion if they help unload your goods and take them into your home. This is carried out at your own risk and no liability will be accepted for loss, damage or injury sustained in the delivery process. Some deliveries may only be delivered to your kerbside, so please make sure help is at hand to unload your goods.
We will attempt to deliver your goods to the delivery address stated on your order and no goods will be left without a signature. If the goods are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less postage costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
It is your duty to let us know if an order has not been received in reasonable time. Enquiries made on unsent goods after 60 days from time of placing the order will not be considered.
Any delivery prices advertised are available for UK mainland delivery only. Prices for other areas are available on request. |
