Store Policies

We want your shopping experience with us to be one that is pleasant and easy. We value our customers, and pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. Below you will find some guidelines to use when shopping with us:

Shipping

We ship US Postal Service only, usually first class mail with delivery confirmation. Depending upon items purchased, we may ship Priority Mail.  If you have a shipping preference for your order, please contact us before payment -- we will be happy to provide you with shipping quotes.

We do charge a small handling fee along with the actual shipping charge.  This fee covers packing material, shipping boxes and envelopes, paper, ink, tape, and other costs associated with shipping.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple items purchased.  Please ask for shipping quote BEFORE payment, and we will send you an invoice with combined shipping costs.  We're always happy to provide shipping quotes.

Insurance

We highly recommend that buyers purchase shipping insurance.  We wrap items and package carefully, but we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

International sales

We ship US Postal Service First Class Mail International and Priority Mail International.  Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are not available for First Class Mail International.  Although we list a shipping expense for each item we sell, shipping costs can vary from country to country.  Please do not hesitate to ask us for a shipping quote.  We are happy to provide it for you.

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees such as tariffs and duties that are due upon receipt of the parcel.

We fill out all custom forms with the actual purchase amount (minus shipping) and as type 'Other'.  We will not falsify customs forms, so please do not ask us to do so.
