Playhouse Fancy Dress have a strict privacy policy. We do not store customers credit/debit card details after we have successfully processed payment.

Fancy Dress Costumes are made for an International market and may have Continental or American sizes on the packet and/or label, all costumes have been inspected and re-sized for the UK by UKFT (UK Fashion & Textiles Association) and BSI (British Standards Institute) and complies to BN EN 13402 standards.

We recommend trying on your costume before returning.
Colour Reproduction:

The limitation of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean slight variation.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that discriptions are accurate, however, manufacturers can change specifications without notice.
Force Majeure:

Playhouse Fancy Dress shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of goods due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control

These include but not limited to acts of God, accident, explosion, war, earthquake, terrorism, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, transport delays, strikes or other industrial action disputes.

For us to continue to sell fantastically low priced costumes we must maintain our 5 STAR rating, this means if you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact customer care to allow us to resolve any issues.
