| Q:Where's my order? |

| A:Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery for Royal mail 1st Class deliveries. If your order has still not arrived, please check with your local sorting office as Royal Mail may have attempted delivery while you were out. (They don't always leave a card.)

| Q:Can I Return My Item? |

| A:Contact Customer Care via eBay's 'contact seller' link within 3 business days for an RMA number and return address. Goods must be returned within 14 days of original order. Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene laws. We recommend reading our return policy which can be viewed in full at the bottom of each item listing page on eBay. |

| A:Fancy Dress is made for an international market and may have Continental or American sizes on the packet, all costumes have been re-sized for the UK by the British Standards Institute and complies to BN EN 13402 standards. We recommend trying on your costume before returning. |

Royal Mail 1st class business tracked is a 1-5 business delivery service.
