1st class mail:
I offer 1st class mail as the cheapest shipping choice whenever possible. Please understand that what you pay for is what you get. As you can see by my feedback, I package well, however, the cheapest mail option will not neccessarily buy you a box, a roll of bubble wrap to wrap every bit individually and delivery yesterday!
All US orders MUST be shipped to the address on PayPal's transaction page.
you can choose a different "ship to" address at Ebay when you go through check out only
99% of all items are paid items are in general shipped within 1-3 working days.
I am working with a lot of different auctions and items to offer you this great selection.
On any given time, I have over 15000 items here, split in 2 stores into over 3500 listings.
Another 5000+ items are awaiting to be processed and listed.
On average we ship out 200 packages a week, most with multible different items.
items unavailable:
I NEVER purposely list an item that is not available, however it is truly not avoidable
that now and then an item cannot be found or was accidentally relisted and has to be refunded.
I do understand it is frustrating when you have your mind set on an item,
but mistakes simply happen and other then refunding you, I have no other options.
This happens generally with about 0.5% (1 in 200) of all items (mostly single figures and bits).
delayed shipment:
For the same reasons, now and then an item ships slower then the usual 1-2 days.
If I cannot find it during shipping time, I keep looking for it as time permits.
A few days sometimes pass very quickly,
but I will contact you or refund you within a few days no matter what.
Packages that get shipped delayed 2-4 days make for about 2% off all send packages.
E-mail notifications:
I update won auctions every 24-48 hours to combine multible wins. I will keep sending you an updated invoice. If you send a money order, I will e-mail you within 48 hours of receiving it.
. If you are in the US, PAYPAL will send you a shipping confirmation along with tracking number wether you paid via PayPal, or money order. Please note: The post office usually does NOT scan them in until delivery!!!! So do NOT get worried when all it says is " the US postal service was notified...."
This tracking number will also be available to you in "My Ebay" under your won items list

With Ebay bringing in the shopping cart, PayPal will be your only payment option

I accept PayPal from ANYONE in any country, that allows you to be registered with PayPal. All items will be shipped to the address that comes with the payment. Confirmed or not. International shipments paid via PayPal will be shipped Priority/Express mail only, see top for details.
Item pictures and description
I am not perfect. It happens an item description remained from a previously listed item or a picture was not changed. If the picture/description do NOT match the title, then the TITLE is what counts. If you are unsure, please inform me and I will fix it.
No, I cannot take another picture of this item, sorry. I try to list every item with the best picture possible, however, if the picture is too small, save it to your computer, you can then enlarge it on your screen! There really issn't enough time to re-take individually requested pictures.
Note, Cases and books especially may sometimes have a smoke smell. These are all USED items and I do not know the previous owners. There is rarely an issue, but there should NEVER be an issue. OF COURSE if I buy a used item there are no guarantees the previous owner did not smoke, or maybe had cats you are alergic to? And no, you are not getting 42 Land Raiders of 16 Rhino's. Numbers and codes in the beginning of titles are location codes.
Return policy
Items received are wrong/missing or damaged or changed my mind :
Please contact me before returning ANY product and await my confirmation.
. There is NO cost to you if you were accidentally shipped a wrong item or an item is not as described. I wish I was, but I am not perfect, mistakes happen. I will make it right, as long as you can manage to aproach me friendly about it.
If the items you received were damaged, please first make sure it's not an instant over-reaction. Most often they are fairly easy fixable. All items are packaged WELL, in bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, small boxes and styrofoam, whatever works. But many of these are multi part miniatures that often come apart in shipping and just need a dap of superglue to go back together.
Items must be returned within 7 days, as received, in original shipping material at no higher cost then original postage paid.
This means, if you got it 1st class, please return it 1st class (with delivery confirmation). If you upgrade postage or pay more then
the item could have been returned for it's on you. You didn't want to waste money on postage, neither do I.
Generally, packages can simply be taped back up and returned as they are, unless you received multiple items and require a smaller box/envelope.
After 7 days have passed, you are responsible for return shipping
If you purchased an item and then decide you changed your mind, or it wasn't what you "meant to buy" the higher of 10% of the purchase price or $3 is due and I will cancel the transaction. If you have already received the item, you are responsible for return shipping it's just fair.
