 | A: Paypal sends a tracking number to you.
This tracking number is also available if you go into your Ebay won items view and look at your won items.

 | A: First, please look at the item description. Did you purchase a 'random" miniature that is listed to
come in possibly different poses? Did you receive a built miniature when the picture shows parts?
A primed one but the picture shows a bare metal one? otherwise please contact me. |
 | Q: Something I received was somewhat damaged, but I want to keep it anyways? |

 | A: I have been packing 9 years and rarely ever have an issue with damaged items, but it is in the nature of these, that they come apart or yes, even break.
As for miniatures, they can usually be glued back together with super glue,
as is standard among collectors/players.

 | A: Please see the description. If the item is "new and may require assembling..." it is new in blister/box. Otherwise it is a "comes as shown" or "random " item. The description asnwers this for each item. |

 | A: No, the codes at the beginning of auction titles are location codes, that tell me where to find your item to ship it. (#3,IF6,7,L66....) |

 | A: Discounts are shown in the shipping section. Once the shopping cart is active on Ebay, simply load the items you want in the cart and Ebay will calculate your combined shipping cost. |
