About Delivery
Items are posted all week, apart from Saturday and Sunday.
We aim to post items within 2 working days from your purchase date, if not sooner.
Postage charges are made up of the costs of delivery, packaging and time, and are set at very reasonable prices.
Please remember that the actual delivery time to you, is by Royal Mail, and we have no control over this.
Overseas Postage
We will offer the postage on the listing if the item is available to other countries.
Please do not bid if your country is not within the listing
Undelivered Items
Royal Mail does not count an item as missing, within the UK, until the 15th Working day after the due date.
This is out of the control of Platinum Place, but we offer the following:
Undelivered after 10 working days, from our delivery to the Post Office: You can claim a replacement or refund.
This offer is not available when there are Royal Mail Postage Strikes a running, and will be kept to the Royal Mail Terms and Conditions. |
