Returns

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 2 days following delivery of the goods. An administration fee for cancelled orders will be charged at 7.5% of the total order value.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may, within 2 days of delivery contact our customer service department to notify them. You will have to arrange for goods to be returned at your own cost or we will charge minimum £25 for collection (depending on size of product) which will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened cannot be returned.
