- Do your DVD's come with cases and the original art work ?
Yes, all of our DVD and VHS do unless it is noted in the ad.
- What Region code are your DVD's ?
All DVD's are Region 1 ( US & Canada) unless marked different.
- How long before my item(s) are shipped ?
We make U.S.shipments almost every day. So most orders go out between 12-48 hours from payment being made. Oversea's / customs packages can take from 6 days to 3 weeks depending on where you live. International shipping is on Tuesdays and Fridays. During December and November we ship everyday.
We no longer ship on Saturdays. Anything bought or paid for after noon on Friday will ship out Monday morning unless noted. Thank you
- Do you combined shipping ?
Yes, we will combined anything bought within 3 days of each other. Details & cost in the shipping instructions section.
Note: Due to changes in USPS over sea's shippments can be no bigger then 8 DVD's (Canada buyers can add 10). Unlesss you would like them shipped without case. Please contact us for this.
- What is this Ven Mill machine you use to repair used disc's ?
The Ven Mill 3500 is the state of the art disc refinisher. This is so we can be asured the a used item bought here will be flawless. Most the used items we take in are perfect ,but if they are not we make them that way before shipping. We also replace all damaged cases on used items.
- When will you leave me feedback ?
All feedback is left once you are happy and have left positive feedback for us . We always return positive feedback. Please always contact us if there is any problem with your order before leaving feedback. We are great sellers and will work with you in the rare event of a problem. . So please contact us first. Thank you
- How do you handle returns and canceled orders ?
Returns are no problem if you within 14 days of recieving your item(s) in the rare case they are defective. Just let us know within 14 days if there is any problem. If you just decide you don't like the movie or item there will be a $2.00 restocking fee (Sorry we are not NETFLIX ,LOL) and you will be refunded the item price. In the rare case of a shipping mistake we will pay for return ship. If this was an over sea's return you will be charged the shipping cost also. All items must be return in the condition they were received.
Also please make sure you do want your order before paying. As on November1,2010 Paypal charges a .30 fee to cancel and refund payments. This fee will paid by the buyer if they have paid and then decide to cancel before the order ships. If you have any questions please let us know before paying. Thank you
