Delivery and Postage
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours upon receipt of cleared payment Monday - Saturday excluding public holidays.
Any orders made after 10am Saturday will be dispatched Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday, we will dispatch Tuesday.
All purchases are dispatched to you in secure coloured polythene packaging.
Payment
Payment is required within 3 days of winning item(s) please. If this is not possible please contact us within 3 days so we can keep your order to one side for you. If there is no contact within 7 days eBay will be notified and the item re-listed.
 You can shop and pay for your purchases securely and easily online. We use PayPal as our online payment gateway. PayPal is 100% secure and safe and is handled on encrypted (padlocked) pages. Please be rest assured that we will never see your payment details. The only information that is sent to us is your purchase information and address details, which is solely used to process your order and dispatch your purchase. We do not disclose any of this information onto third parties/companies.
PayPal - this is a safe and easy payment gateway and takes you a few minutes to set-up an account. Pay with all major debit/credit cards, your bank account or PayPal balance. Follow instructions at checkout (click on 'log into your account' when you are at the PayPal secure payment page).

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, However, we offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee on all products.
Exchanges
We're happy for you to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of a different size/colour. Please follow the procedures:
● Please contact within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your eBay ID and the size/colour you would like to exchange for.
● We will provide you with the full returns address.
● Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt. We will inspect* the item(s) and send you an exchange. We will email you again to confirm dispatch.
● You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s) lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend you return it by recorded delivery.
● We will not charge you postage costs for sending the exchange to you.
Refunds
We're happy to refund you if your item(s) is returned within 14 days in its original condition*. Please follow the procedures:
● Please email us within 7 days from receipt of your item(s) and remember to provide us with your eBay ID.
● We will email you back to provide you with our full returns address.
● Upon receipt of item(s), we will email you to acknowledge receipt of item(s). We will then inspect* the item(s) and issue you a full refund of the order amount and will email you again to confirm refund.
● You are responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) back to us. We cannot be held responsible for an item(s) lost in the post when you return it to us so we would recommend you return it by recorded delivery.
Faulty / Damaged Item(s)
We check all item(s) prior to dispatch for any damage/faults. However, if you have received an item(s) that is damaged or faulty, please follow the exchange procedure. We will pay for all postage costs.
inspect* - items must be returned to us in their original condition. They must be unworn and all labels and tags must remain attached, along with the original packaging. Any items found to be soiled, damaged, appear to of been worn, washed or repaired will be exempt from this returns policy so no exchange/refund will be given. Also, all item packaging needs to be intact with no rips / tears / cellotape attached and all shoe boxes need to be intact with no sign of damage (please return in the bubble wrap they were sent in).
