All postage costs are genuine, we only charge the actual cost of postage and no more.
We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment. Monday - Saturday excluding public holidays.
All our UK parcels are sent via courier (OffexSpain) and go direct from Malaga to Gatwick Airport and are delivered to you through the Royal Mail. The postage cost shown on your parcel is the postage within the UK only (Royal Mail postage), we will have already paid the courier cost to have your item shipped to the UK.
For worldwide parcels, again we use this courier service and also Correos and the postage shown will be the cost within the destination country only.
We ship all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment, please allow approx 7 working days from dispatch for delivery to the UK/within Europe and 14 working days worldwide.
For Australia/New Zealand delivery times can vary but can take approx 3 to 4 weeks.
