How much is the UK Postage?
The Postage rates are advised on each individual listing. P&P includes the cost of the stamp, all packaging materials and labour. We do not make a profit on P&P and we try to keep costs as low as possible.
How will my item be sent and how long does it take (UK Customers)?
All items are sent first class recorded delivery and this postage method usually takes between 1-3 days depending on royal mail. On occasions it can take up to 15 working days so if you do need your item urgently please let us know in advance and we will send your item by Special Delivery. This costs £2.50 extra.
I live outside the UK- What are the shipping costs?
All international shipping rates are written on each individual auction. You will find a drop-down list on the Postage section where you can select the country you live in to view the cost.
How will my item be sent and how long will it take (Non UK Customers)?
All items are sent via International Signed-For Airmail, which provides you with a tracking number and requires a signature on receipt. Please note that we cannot send items by standard airmail (although we appreciate it is cheaper) as paypal require all sellers to send items via a trackable method.
Shipping times vary greatly from country to country but we usually find that items to Europe on average 1-2 weeks, items to the USA and Canada up to 2-3 weeks and items to Australia and Asia up to 2-4 weeks so please make sure you allow plenty of time for your item to arrive if you need it for a special occasion. We are always happy to help trace an item if it gets delayed.

Do you combine postage?
Yes :) If you're in the UK please add £1.50 to the original postage cost for each additional item purchased. For Customers in Europe add £2, and Customers outside Europe £2.50.
My Item has not arrived…
For all UK customers if your item has not arrived after 7 days please contact us so we can try and help you. Please note Royal mail do not class anything as ‘missing’ until after 15 working days so no compensation claims can be filed until this point.
For international customers, Please allow 21 days before contacting us. It can, however take up to 6 weeks to arrive to certain destinations (although this is very rare).
If on the very rare occasion that your item never arrives we will of course refund you.
What payment methods do you accept?
For all UK customers we accept Paypal, Cheques, Postal orders, & Bank transfer… We can also accept cash, but do advise customers to send it via a trackable postal method.
If you are paying by cheque or postal order please remember to include your user ID and item number as well as any extra information that may be important to your specific needs.
Sending postal orders or cheques with no extra information can delay the despatch of an item… A lot of items are sold on a daily basis so this information really is important!

How quickly will my item be posted?
We despatch Monday-Friday and will post the same day if cleared payment is received by 2pm. If for any reason we are unable to post on certain days we will have an announcement on the shopfront. If your payment is received after 2pm it will be posted the following working day (please bear this in mind if you pay after 2pm on a friday as the next shipping day is monday).
If you are paying by cheque it can take up to 7 working days for funds to clear before we can ship. Bank transfer is usually quicker than a cheque so if you wish to pay this way please contact us and we will provide you with the relevant details. E-cheques via paypal usually take about 10 days to clear, but Paypal will advise you of the clearance date on your transaction details.
