Payment
After winning an item in an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase you must make your payment within 3 days.
UK - We accept PayPal, postal orders or cheques as a form of payment. Crossed postal orders will be treated as cheques & parcels will ony be posted once payment has cleared our bank account - which can take up to 5 working days once banked. Please be aware that if you don't have enough funds in your PayPal account then it automatically make an e-cheque payment which takes 10 days to clear - your parcel will not be posted until THIS PAYMENT HAS CLEARED. Cheques can take up to 5 days to clear once received.
International - We accept PayPal ONLY. We may ask for further verification details from you. To find the postage costs to your country simply click in the postage drop down box at the bottom of each listing.
Non-paying buyers - If you're not going to pay then DO NOT BUY. If you do not pay we WILL REPORT YOU TO EBAY & YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UNPAID ITEM STRIKE - we may also send negative feedback to you. Sorry, but you should not buy if you're not going to pay. It costs us money when you purchase an item & don't pay. If you're having problems paying please contact us ASAP. We won't know unless you tell us!
Delivery
Your parcel is usually dispatched within 72 hours of cleared payment, but could take longer over a Bank Holiday Weekend. Most items are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class postage. If you want to track your item we recommend that you upgrade to recorded delivery (extra 75p) - please send us an eBay message requesting this - we will add this cost to your invoice.
Your parcel can only be dispatched to your registered address within eBay for security reasons. If you have moved, please change your address in eBay first before you purchase the item. Any address changes made after you purchase the item will not work, you must change it before you purchase or bid for the item. Once you buy an item we will post it out to the address supplied within ebay & Paypal - it is not our responsibility if you have not updated your address - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS BEFORE YOU BUY. Any parcels sent to an address not updated will not be reimbursed by us - we will not send a duplicate parcel - it is the buyers' responsibility to pick the parcel up from the old address.
Postage Costs
Our postage costs also reflect packaging materials & handling costs. Our parcels are packaged carefully to provide maximum protection during transit. Why do we charge handling costs? We keep the cost of the product as low as possible so have to charge to pack the product & take it to the post office. Please do not purchase if you do not agree with this.
Combined Postage
We do offer a postage discount when you buy more than one item. You pay for the most expensive postage & packing item in full then every other items postage will be at a reduced rate. Please see this reduced rate with each listing detail for the items you wish to purchase.
To request combined postage - Simply select all the items you require & then either request a combined invoice from us or send us an ebay message to ask for this. If neither is done we will we send a combined invoice within 2 days of you buying the items. The combined invoice will reflect the postage discount - then you can make one payment. If you are buying multiple purchases of the same item you do not need to request an invoice as the checkout system can calculate this for you. However, please request an invoice if you are buying a mixture of different products, as the checkout system cannot calculate this automatically. If you're unsure about the cost of postage then please feel free to send us an eBay message to ask us what the cost will be on your selection of items.
Important : If you pay for the items before we send you an invoice & you have paid the wrong postage we will have to cancel your payment, & send you a revised invoice which will include a 50p administration charge, so make sure you wait for our invoice first!
Products
We only sell 100% genuine branded products. As with any cosmetic and skincare product, ingredients and packaging do change when manufacturers decide to update or refresh their products. We can not be held responsible for these changes and if you are concerned about the product, and think it might feel or look different then we suggest that you take this up with the manufacturer. We will assist you where we can. Sometimes products can feel different if your skin changes over time or during seasons and you may need to change products based on this. If you have any concerns over your products then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns
We offer a 7 day refund policy. You must notify us first within 48 of receiving your parcel that you wish to return it, fully stating your reasons for the return. All items are checked prior to going to dispatch, however, if your item is faulty (i.e. it has a faulty pump & is completely unusable in its current state) we will offer an exchange in the first instance, and if the item is not in stock then a full refund - please send us an eBay message within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Items must be untested, unused & in their original packaging & returned within 7 days. If items have been tested or are sent back much later than 7 days we have the right to refuse a refund. All postage costs must be bourne by the customer unless we agree to pay them. We suggest you keep a copy of the proof of posting in case of loss or damage in the post.
Items damaged during posting - If your items are damaged during posting we will make a claim for you, but we will not offer a refund to you until we have received a refund from Royal Mail - this can take up to 60 days. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel that your item(s) has/have been damaged.
Items lost during posting - We will accept liability for items that are lost in the post. In the rare instance that this does occur, for UK buyers-please wait 15 working days (22 days) from when we notify you that your parcel has been dispatched, for international buyers-please wait 21 working days (31 days) from when we notify you that the parcel has been posted. This is Royal Mails ruling for lost parcels & we use this ruling as we use Royal Mail as our delivery service. Then send us an eBay message & we will firstly offer you a replacement if one is available, if not then we will offer you a refund. If you decide to buy another one of these items in the meantime we we still offer a replacement if we have the item in stock. We will not send a replacement before the specified date laid out in your dispatch email, there will be no exceptions so please do not ask. If any PayPal dispute is opened & you escalate this to a claim by being uncooperative then you will be blocked from purchasing from us in the future. We will not deal with uncooperative buyers.
If for any other reason we decide to offer you a refund we will not pay for the return postage - this must be paid by you. Only the cost of the product - not the original postage paid - will be refunded. All postage costs must be borne by the customer unless we agree to pay them.
We will not accept refunds for items that are different to what you expected them to be - all items are photographed & described as accurately as possible. Colours can vary on different computer screens so please be aware of what colour shade you are buying.
