WHEN YOU DON'T NEED TO REQUEST A COMBINED INVOICE - If you are buying more than one of the same item in the same listing then the computer can automatically calculate your postage costs - so there is no need for you to request an invoice - you will see the calculated figure when you proceed to checkout. (If this looks wrong please contact us through eBay messages)
ONLY REQUEST A COMBINED INVOICE IF YOU ARE BUYING DIFFERENT MULTIPLE ITEMS OR THE SAME PRODUCT BUT IN DIFFERENT LISTINGS.
1. Select all the items you want to purchase by either winning the auction &/or clicking on the 'Buy It Now' option.
2. Send us either a 'Request Invoice' (look at the listing in your won section of your My eBay - click on the drop down box at the end of the listing & you will see this option) or send us an eBay message requesting an invoice for combined postage.
3. If none of the above options have been done within 2 days of you winning/buying your multiple items we will automatically send you a combined invoice.
If you're unsure about the cost of postage before you buy, then please feel free to send us an eBay message to ask us what the cost will be on your selection of items.
Important : If you pay for the items before we send you an invoice & you have paid the wrong postage we will have to cancel your payment, & send you a revised invoice which will include a 50p administration charge, so make sure you wait for our invoice first! |
