Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of products we sell we can not offer a refund. However, if the item is faulty - such as a faulty pump & is completely unusable - then we will offer a refund. Please send us a message within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we do combine shipping. You pay the item with the most expensive postage & packing in full then each item is at its additional item cost. Please see each listing for details. Most makeup items are at 1/2 of their p&p costs or less, skincare items may be more if they are heavy bulkier items. The listing will specify this.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Once we have received cleared payment your order is despatched within 72 hours, usually much sooner. Most items are sent Royal Mail 1st class. For UK deliveries please expect up to 1-3 working days, Europe 4-5 working days, rest of world 8-10 working days.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Each item has its own p&p charge. Please view the listing for this. For international shipping please click on the drop down box in the postage section of each listing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do ship internationally but not to Italy due to customs laws & many lost previous packages that we have sent. Items that are not boxed & are marked 'tester' or 'not for invidual sale' are not for available to Germany due to the customs laws for this country. Please see listing details to see if the item is available for sale to Germany.
Q: How do I request a combined invoice for reduced postage on multiple items?
A: If you buy more than one item you will get a postage discount. Please select all the items by either winning the auction &/or clicking on the Buy It Now. Then send us a request invoice (option in the drop down box at end of listing that you have won) or an eBay message. We will send you an invoice & you can make one payment.
Q: I haven't received my parcel, what should I do?
A: We use Royal Mail & go by their delivery times. For UK buyers please wait 15 working days(21 days)from your dispatch notification, for international buyers please wait 21 working days(31 days)from your dispatch notification. If by this time you don't receive your parcel please send us an eBay message & we will replace where we can or refund.
