Returns/Refund  Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal, we aim for no mistakes but realise that this may not always possible.

Refunds will be provided in the following cases.

1)     The item is not what you require and/or you have changed your mind

  • Buy It Now items can be returned for any reason and a full refund of product cost will be provided as long as the following is completed
  • You contact us within 7 days to advise that you intend to return the item
  • This can be done via email or ebay message system
  • The item is then returned to us at your postal cost and on receipt of undamaged item a full refund will be provided 

2)   We take pride and care in carefully describing the item and item condition and despatching in secure packaging.

  • Buy It Now if the item arrives and is not as described.  These items can be returned and a full refund for cost and postage will be made.
  • This refund will only be made if you contact us within 7 days and advise that you intend to return the item,  explaining the nature of the error
  • This can be done via email or ebay message system
  • The item is then returned to us and on receipt of item as described during correspondance we will provide a full refund of product cost and postage.

3)   Ebay Auctions:  Items that are auctioned are carefully described and their faults are also identified in text or photo.  It is the nature of auctions that we will not usually provide a refund.  In the event that you feel a mistake has been made please contact us and we will do our best to bring the issue to a satisfactory conclusion.
