What
does being a PowerSeller mean?
Being a PowerSeller means
that for quite some time now, we've adhered to Ebay's strict rules
regarding customer service and ethics of selling on Ebay. It's something
we're very proud of. We're also proud of our 100% positive feedback and
it's something we strive to maintain.
Do
you ship worldwide?
Yes but you must wait to be invoiced
as we only display shipping costs for the UK.
Do
you combine shipping/postage?
Yes, but you must wait to be invoice
if you purchase more than one item.
I
bought more than one item from you, I'm in the UK but still didn't get
combined postage?
See answer above!
I
paid 75p postage/shipping, but there's only a 61p stamp on the packet,
why have I paid more?
We pride ourselves in our postal fees
and the fact that we do not inflate costs to make more money. Our
postal/shipping fees are made up of the actual cost of the postage and
the cost of the packaging used to send your goodies to you. This may be
anything from 10p to £1.00.
I
haven't received my parcel, why not?
It may be that it's been delayed by
Royal Mail. Please email us.
My
parcel has got lost in the post, what happens now?
Please email us in the first instance
if you do not receive your parcel within 10 days. We always obtain proof
of posting and will put in a claim to Royal Mail this however cannot be
done until 14 days after the item has been posted.
You've sent my parcel to the wrong address!
We send out hundreds of parcels every
month and we always use the address provided to us in PayPal. We use
these details in good faith and assume that they are correct (we have no
reason to believe otherwise). If we have made a mistake, we will
do our absolute best to try and track where the parcel has gone and get
it redelivered to the correct address as soon as possible. If your
PayPal account has incorrect details, again we will help as much as we
can to track where your parcel has gone.
However, if your address details
are incorrect and we have sent your items in good faith to the address
you have supplied, we cannot accept any liability whatsoever and
will not be able to refund you for the items that have been sent to the
wrong address. Should negative feedback be left in a situation such as
this where we are not at fault, we may see fit to take action through
civil proceedings (court) to protect our name and our reputation and
reputable sellers.

Please email us
before leaving anything other than positive feedback.
In the unlikely event that there's a problem with the transaction
between us, the purchase itself of the service we have offered, we will
be less that sympathetic if our customers give us a negative feedback
without having attempted to resolve the problem first. We're only human
(usually!) and almost everything can be sorted out with a quick email.
Can
I return an item if I'm unhappy?
You can, but you must have a
valid reason for wanting to return something. You must also email us
first and items must be returned to us within 14 days of the sale and in
immaculate condition and unused.
We understand that for international buyers, 14 days in unrealistic,
please email us.
I
want to cancel a transaction, can I?
Although we'll be disappointed to lose
you as a customer, you can reverse a transaction. Just email us and
we'll take it from there. All you need to do is respond to the message
from Ebay confirming that you'd like to cancel the transaction. We get
our fees back and you're not legally bound to purchase the product.
Why
aren't you replying to my messages?
Please give us time to reply to your
messages. We work from home and sometimes things come up, we have to pop
out and we can't reply immediately. It may also be the case that we are
away, please check our shop for holiday settings. Occasionally there are
problems with the Ebay email service which is beyond our control, if you
do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please email carolinedymond [at]

I
need the item quickly as its a gift?
For God's sake tell us! Please do
leave at least 4-5 days before the gift is needed, we can send things
out the same day if it's ordered and paid for before 4pm although we
cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will get it to you on time.
How
often do you post?
Every day, occasionally we will post
on Saturdays.
What
methods of payment do you accept?
From international
buyers, we only accept PayPal. If you are a UK buyer, as well as PayPal,
we also accept cheques (please allow 7 days to clear), uncrossed postal
orders and we are also able to take payment over the phone.
I
see you do festivals. How can I find out ever you are?
Look out for the new
