Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.
1. Price
All items on this web site are offered at the price shown on screen and are currently inclusive of United Kingdom VAT. Payment for goods may be by secure credit card transaction (Paypal), Credit/debit cards via telephone, personal cheque or postal order. There are no additional charges applied to credit card purchases. Cheques should be made payable to "PIKE FURNITURE GROUP". All prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted.
2. VAT
All items currently include VAT @ 17.5%.
3. Delivery
We only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland. We attempt to deliver all orders within 7 days. Our charges vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Each and every item we sell has an individual delivery price due to size and weight. The delivery price and timescale is clearly indicated next to each item on our site.
Delivery Failures. Depending on the method of delivery the following terms will apply to failed deliveries. (You will always be informed by email how we intend to deliver your order prior to its delivery).
a. Delivery By Parcel Courier - We or our nominated carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date with you. Should you not be home when your order arrives, we will charge a re-delivery fee of £13. If we fail to deliver on the arranged date, we will waiver the £13 re-delivery fee.
b. Delivery by Pall-ex Pallet Delivery Service –We will call or email you to arrange a delivery date. Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse you will then receive a call from the courier to ensure you are in on the preferred date. Should you not be home when the courier arrives, the goods shall be returned to our warehouse A failed delivery fee of £35 will be applied to your order, regardless of whether the order is re-delivered or cancelled. If the delivery failure is because we arrive outside of the agreed time window, then the failed delivery fee will not be charged.
Please note that it is your responsibility to be home to accept delivery at the previously arranged date/time.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting us via email or telephone. If your goods have not been dispatched, we will arrange for a refund via the same method you used to purchase the goods. If your order has been dispatched, you will also be charged for the costs of returning the goods to us. This charge is £30 and this will be deducted from any refund given. Unless the goods are faulty, we will not refund any delivery charges.
5. Returns - Defective Products
If you receive your furniture and there are any defects, unless stated, then we will provide a full refund for the total purchase price and we will collect the goods at our cost. Just call 0844-884-98-12 so that we can arrange collection.
6. Returns - 7 Day Cooling Off Period
Under the European Directive on distance selling (Which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), you have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days without having to give us a reason. The 7 working days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods at the designated delivery address. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods but not any delivery charges (If delivery has been made). In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be unopened and in perfect condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. Please note that if you exercise this right, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. This charge for returning goods is £30. Where you exercise this right to cancel, we undertake to refund your money within 7 days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse. In addition to the return delivery charges, we will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred in receiving your goods. The only exception to this is if the goods are faulty, in which case we bear all the costs.

7. Warranties
We do not supply a warranty with any of our products unless stated in the individual auctions.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will never contact you via unsolicited email. (In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) - "We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)."
9. Complaints & Correspondence
Complaints can be made via telephone on 0844-884-98-12, in writing to the address shown below or via email to pikefurnituregroup@blueyonder.co.uk. We will make every effort to respond to any complaints within 7 working days.
