Payment
We accept payment by pay pal, cheque/postal order or credit and debit cards, please allow up to seven working days for cheques and postal orders to clear before goods can be shipped.
If you wish to pay us direct by credit or debit card rather than through pay pal please call us on 0772 903 0105 with your card details. If we are unable to take your call immediately please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you straight back.
Delivery
We aim to ship within a maximum of 48 hours but its often within 24 of hours completed purchase

UK delivery is via Royal Mail standard service under 1kg
UK delivery for items over 1kg is by Standard Parcel service or Parcel Force Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery after payment has cleared. This is usually one to three days for items under 1kg

For all international deliveries please contact us for a shipping cost before you bid or buy. Most international shipments up to 1kg for items over £25.00 will cost an extra £4.95 for the Royal Mail signed for service.
Please note there are extra charges included in our shipping costs for recorded and signed for services that are not necessarily shown on the parcel label, please consider this before leaving feedback.
Packaging
We spend a great deal of time and money to ensure your items are well packaged and protected so you receive them in perfect condition,With some items a very small proportion of the shipping cost is for labour and materials, however we work to keep these costs down as much as it is possible.
Returns
We accept returns on buy it now un-wanted items received within 14 days of purchase,
Items returned must be un-opened in exactly the same condition as seen and described in our sale to include
any instruction sheets,accessory packs,fittings,certificates or any other part or packaging that was included in the original sale.
We do not refund any postage and packing charges.
We will refund in full for faulty items including postage, item must be returned to us for inspection before a refund can be completed. please include a postal receipt in your return and allow up to 30 days for payment.
We reserve the right to repair or replace such goods if available.
Returns on Working Model Steam Engines.
As all models are tested in accordance with GS/TUV safety standards. It is company policy not to exchange engines which have been fired. Any engines requiring repair in warranty will be returned to Mamod and carried out quickly and efficiently. For engines out of warranty these may be returned for repair estimate, or if a resonable description of the fault is sent to us we can quote an approximate repair cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
