| A:Because Icing is mainly sugar based they last for over 12 months. |
| Q:What are Caketoppers? |
|
| A:Caketoppers are Edible cake decorations, they are thin flat sheets of real icing, printed onto, using food grade edible inks with your own picture or photo or a design that we provide.
They come in 4 sizes, A4, A5, 7.5" Round and 2.13" Cup cake / Fairy cake. Very simply, just transfer it to your cake for an incredible look. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We ship every working day and try to process orders the evening of receipt of payment, then post 1st class on the next available working day. At busy times, or if we need additional information from you, the turnaround will be longer. Orders received Friday will be put into the postal system on Monday morning. Please choose Special D if it's urgent |
| Q:Can you send out caketoppers on Special Delivery? |

| A:Yes we can send by Royal Mail Special Delivery Service, but please make contact with us to arrange a Paypal invoice to be sent to you and to check our availability and costs. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? & Do you combine p&p? |

| A:Yes we will ship to anywhere in the world. We will always aim to combine p&p, if you order more than 1 topper we will use the same envelope and only charge p&p for the first one. We'll refund you the extra automatically, if we are aware of your multiple orders. |
| Q:Photographs - what are your requirements? |

| A:If you need to send a photo by email to us for your caketopper, please follow these basic guidelines. Send your digital photo attachment to caketoppers@picturethatcake.com Always maintain the maximum filesize, don't allow your email program (Outlook etc.) to make them smaller for emailing. | Q:Can you make a design that you don't have listed? |

| A:Yes we can make any design for you. If you require photoshopping of your design then please contact us for a quote. |
| Q:How do you apply them to a cake? |

| A:We will send you very detailed instructions with every order. |
| Q:What are the ingredients? |
|
| A:The ingredients of our caketoppers are as follows, Cornflour, Glucose Syrup, Cellulose, Glucose Syrup Solids, Water, High Fructose Glucose, Sugar, Gum Arabic, Polysorbate 60 and Citric Acid .
They are vegetarian. |
| Q:If I leave my ordering too late or order during a Postal Strike or Backlog, should I blame you if it arrives after my party and demand a refund? |

| A:No. If you leave it too late to place an order and don't check if we can get it to you in time, then it's not wise to think that the Postal service or ourselves will refund you. If the caketopper misses your party, it's your choice to not use it and doesn't make our product become free of charge. |
| Q:Should I store a caketopper in the fridge for a few days before I make the cake? |

| A:No, that would make it tricky to remove from the backing sheet. |
| Q:Should I cover my caketopper and cake with clingfilm after I've made it? |
|
| A:No the caketopper will stick to clingfilm or foil, so please don't cover it. simply use a cake box to keep your cake safe. |
