Store Policies

  • Payments should be made within 3 working days once the bid is accepted.
  • Collections are possible Strictly By Appointment Only if you prefer to collect your parcel in person this is fine. This can easily be arranged by calling our depot on 0844 8849867 Local Rate or 01704 822400. Our depot is a working Mill, please phone if you intend to collect.
  • All our goods are inclusive of VAT if applicable if you require an itemised invoice please ask.
  • We respect your right to privacy we won't sell or disclose your details to a third party ever.
  • By bidding on an item you are accepting these terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders.

Delivery Information and postal surcharges

  • Orders are shipped on a daily basis once payment is received
  • Estimated delivery time with in the UK is 2 - 4 working days from date of shipment via our courier. Due to the location of some delivery addresses delivery times may differ.
  • Next Day delivery service is available please contact our office to arrange this service 01704 822400 0r 0844 8849867
  • Our standard and promotional free Delivery rate does not include the shipment of Picnic Tables to the Channel Islands. Please contact our for further information.


Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland BF PO

Please Note deliveries to all post codes and addresses attracting delivery surcharges addresses may take up to 7 working days
  • Most deliveries need to be signed for. Deliveries only take place on Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. If you require a Saturday delivery this can be arranged prior to placing your order. There will be an extra charge for Saturday delivery (Unfortunately this is an extra charge passed onto us by our courier)
    The delivery company will attempt to deliver your parcel twice if the first attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made usually on the next working day. If after two attempts we are still unable to deliver, your parcel will be returned to our Courier's depot and held there for a period of three days. During this period you can arrange to collect your parcel in person. If you prefer you can arrange with the courier to have your parcel redelivered. Unfortunately the courier company may request you the customer pay a small charge for this service. If Picnics4Fun have been unable to deliver your parcel to the address provided and, You the customer have failed to collect or arrange redelivery within the holding period your parcel will be returned to Picnics4Fun's depot. A full refund of the purchase price will be offered less our original costs involved to ship the parcel . If a request is made to have the parcel re-delivered this will incur additional shipping costs unfortunately theses costs will be chargeable to the customer. Additional shipping costs will apply to all re-deliveries Promotional and free shipping Items Included.


  • What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
     
    Most deliveries need to be signed for. When your order is ready to be dispatched Picnics4Fun will email you. Your delivery will not happen until you’ve been notified." Please Note" Picnics4Fun { K&G Trading  Ltd Company} courier service will attempt delivery of your goods twice. If delivery has been unsuccessful after the first attempt our home delivery courier service will attempt delivery a second time, if at this point delivery is still unsuccessful your goods will be taken to the courier's depot where they will be held for a period of five days re-delivery can be arranged by the customer if collection is not an option. Unfortunately the courier company may request you- the Customer pay a small charge for this service.  If delivery has been unsuccessful and no attempt has been made to collect, i.e. If Picnics4Fun have been unable to deliver your parcel to the address provided and YOU- the Customer have failed to arrange redelivery or collect within the five day holding period your parcel will be returned to : Picnics4Fun were a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be offered. If a request is made to have the parcel redelivered this will incur additional shipping costs.
     In all cases we urge customers to take these arrangements into consideration when ordering, as these arrangements are for our Customers benefits as well as Picnics4Fun's. Please be available to receive your parcels. In all cases a signature on receipt will be required.

    Gift Vouchers
    Gift vouchers must be signed for and if you are not in, Royal Mail will take your parcel to the local sorting office and leave a card at your address explaining what to do next
  • Gift Item Returns 

    After you have received your gift, you can return any item to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your gift.  Please note that Corporate, Custom Made or perishable goods cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. It is recommended that you insure the package as Picnics4Fun is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price. In the rare case that we receive a return and it has been damaged during shipment from you to us; we will notify you immediately so that you can file a claim with the shipping company. The refund will be a credit voucher receipt (to be used within 12 months).

Do you deliver to BF PO?
 
Yes, deliveries can be made to a British Forces Post Office (BF PO)  

Cancellations & returns

As soon as you realise that you need to cancel or return your order please call Customer care on  0844-8849867 (local rate) and one of our advisor's will help you. You can be confident that you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt.
All returned items to Picnics4Fun must be in new unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's box
. all of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit. **Important note** The Original Shipping is Non-Refundable even if you received Free shipping promotion, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.

How to Return a Product

In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to Picnics4Fun follow these instructions:
  1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. A return shipping address will be given to you at this time. An RMA is required to process a return. Returns without authorisation are subject to refusal!
  2. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box. You will be charged a replacement fee for missing items or no credit will be given if manufacturer cannot supply replacement parts.
  3. We is recommended that you insure the package as Picnics4Fun is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price. In the rare case that we receive a return and it has been damaged during shipment from you to us; we will notify you immediately so that you can file a claim with the shipping company.
  4. **Important Note** The Original Shipping is Non-Refundable even if you received a Free shipping promotion, you will be charged the actual shipping charges that we incurred to ship the product to you.
  5. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given to you when you received your RMA number. Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge may apply if the box is written upon.
  6. The Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) will expire 10 business days from the date that it was issued.
  7. After we inspect your return, we will credit the purchase price back to the original credit card used for the purchase, minus the original shipping cost and box or replacement part fees that may apply. Please allow up to 1 weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. We will send you an email confirmation to notify you when we have applied the credit to your card.
Refunds may not be given if obvious signs of use such as missing paperwork, parts, missing packaging materials, smudges or other marks indicating use, etc.

Please note that custom items, built-to-order, and personalised items cannot be returned due to their uniqueness to your specific needs. The items listed with Special Order Instructions are not returnable under any circumstances.
