Phyto Plus Postage & Returns Policy


Postage & Packing Costs

All our postage costs are calculated on what it costs us to ship the item - this makes it very transparent for the buyer to see exactly what they are buying. We do not try to make a profit on packing costs - shipping item is expensive enough as it is !

If a customer buys several items, where possible we will try to bundle the items together if we can create a saving for the customer. Please ASK BEFORE making payment and we will look at what you have purchased and revise your postage cost where we can.

Note that the option of a 24 hour courier doesnt apply if delivery is to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

We are pleased to receive any international orders.  Please contact us for shipping price before placing a order

Dispatch Times

All our goods are shipped either on the same day (if payment is received before about 2pm) or the next working day (excluding weekends or Bank Holidays and Christmas holidays). We will always email the customer to confirm when the goods are dispatched in any case to keep you informed of progress. Emails are sent through eBay so please ensure your email spam filters are set to allow all eBay messages - this seems particularly to affect hotmail accounts.

Postal Services

We use a variety of postal services (including DPD and Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the item) to create the lowest postage cost for the customer. Where possible we always try to offer an optional postal service so while all our smaller items are now shipped using 1st Class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Second Class 

PLEASE NOTE: All livestock items are Royal 1st Class or Recorded.

Delayed Items

PLEASE NOTE: Once your goods leave us, no matter how hard we have worked to get your goods out of the door as quickly as possible and no matter how much you need the item we are at the mercy of the relevant courier service. If you need an item urgently please select 1st Class postage (normally received goods next* working day 1-2 working days) when making payment. 

If you have not received your item within 4-5 working days please let us know. If nothing else it makes us aware that there may be an issue and we can check our dispatch logs at this end.  If the item was sent by DPD or Royal Signed for   we can look at the tracking and identify the reason for the delay.

If the item was sent with Royal Mail then please let us know but we would always ask that in the first instance you contact your local sorting office as THE most common reason is when a delivery has been attempted and a card isn't left. Other than this there is little we can do if an item is delayed with Royal Mail other than wait - If Royal Mail do declare the item lost we will send a replacement. If you do want a trackable service then please select Royal Mail 1st class Recorded or DPD 

Returns Policy

All our goods are covered by our 7 day no quibble returns policy. Providing the goods are unopened and unused they may be returned for any reason. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid less the initial postage charge. The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was made. If you have paid by Credit card please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
